53.000 tennis fans at the BOSS OPEN 2024

Tournament Director Edwin Weindorfer and Georg Kauffeld, 1st Chairman of the TC Weissenhof, gave a positive summary of the BOSS OPEN 2024 in Stuttgart.

Tournament Director Edwin Weindorfer was delighted to set a new spectator record since HUGO BOSS AG became title sponsor in 2022! "The positive trend in visitor numbers has continued. After 48,300 fans last year, we were able to welcome 53,000 spectators to the BOSS OPEN this time. We were completely sold out on the last three days of the tournament," said Weindorfer, delighted with the continued popularity of the event.

The course has already been set for the BOSS OPEN success story to continue. The cooperation with TC Weissenhof has been extended on a long-term basis until 2030, and talks about continuing the cooperation with HUGO BOSS AG have also been very positive, according to Weindorfer. "BOSS is a great title sponsor that has contributed a lot to the new look and feel of the tournament at Weissenhof. It is a great honor for us to be able to work with BOSS, a top international company that has strong roots in the region. We will continue to develop the event together in all areas," explained Weindorfer.

Georg Kauffeld thanked Weindorfer and his team for the perfect implementation of the tournament: "You have once again done a mega job. The tournament has grown incredibly since 'e|motion' started in 2007 - it gets better every year. We are therefore delighted that we will be continuing our cooperation in the long term. Numerous players have once again emphasized how comfortable they felt at Weissenhof this year. The fact that the BOSS OPEN is played in a traditional tennis club sets us apart from many other tournaments, and we are very proud of that," said Georg Kauffeld.
