Three Germans will compete in high-quality qualification

The action at the BOSS OPEN 2022 will commence on Saturday, 4th June 2022 with the first round of the qualification, in which four more spots in the main draw will be played for. At least three German players – Peter Gojowczyk, Yannick Hanfmann and Mats Moraing, will compete in the qualification.

To kick off the BOSS OPEN 2022 on Saturday, 4th June 2022, fans will have the opportunity to watch the first round matches of the qualification for free. Aside from the German Trio Peter Gojowczyk, Yannick Hanfmann and Mats Moraing, other notable names will enter the competition to reach the main draw. Among those players are the likes of Aslan Karatsev or Spaniard Feliciano Lopez, who has won four of his seven ATP tour titles on grass.

On Sunday and Monday (5th and 6th June) the Kids Day will focus on the youngest tennis fans. There will be some great action all over the tournament area especially for kids. Admission for kids and adults on these two days is only 10 Euro. On Wednesday, 8th June 2022, is not only Ladies Day, but also the day of the first appearance of Matteo Berrettini and is thus focused on our new title sponsor BOSS. Ladies will get 20 percent off their tickets and may also look forward to a surprise present at the Weissenhof. The Bürger-Wiesenfest on Thursday, 9th June 2022, has become a fixture of the tournament program. The band La Diri will fire up the atmosphere. Fittingly enough, there will also be some show grilling by Broil King. On Saturday, 11th June 2022, the traditional grass court ProAm will be held before the semifinals, where ambitious amateurs will play together with tennis pros. Thereby, they can relish the very rare experience of playing on a grass court built to Wimbledon standards.
