  • The following discounts can be booked in the online ticket shop:

    - Reduced tickets for kids, students, trainees, Federal Voluntary Service participants and severely disabled people (50% or more degree of disability).

    - Kids up to and including 8 years of age have free admission (no right to their own seat).

    - On Sunday & Monday "KidsDay" Kids & young people up to and including 16 years pay 10 EURO for a Centre Court ticket.

    For reduced-price tickets, a proof of proper authorization must be presented upon entry to the stadium.

  • You can book tickets for all matches that are available for pre-sale in the online ticket shop. VIP tickets and tickets for wheelchair users can only be ordered via the ticket hotline on 01806-6666979 (0.20 euros per call including VAT from a German landline, max. 0.60 euros per call including VAT from a German mobile network).

  • Ticket deposit/collection counter:

    The "Deposit" counter next to the box office is the pick-up point. Tickets can only be picked up on the day of the match, at least 30 minutes before the first match starts.

    Box office:

    The box office is only open on tournament days, from the time the stadium opens. Please note the latest information on the event's homepage.

    Ticket upgrade:

    Reduced tickets that are used by people who are not entitled to a discount cannot be upgraded on site. Stadium opening times:

  • If you are unable to make a selection despite there being available places, please check the zoom level of your Internet browser. This must be 100 percent. Please adjust the zoom level if necessary.

  • At the end of the booking process, your order will be confirmed. You will also receive your invoice and the general terms and conditions in PDF format by email.

  • After you have entered all the information required for the booking, please check it in the booking overview. If your information is incorrect, you can correct it again. If the information is correct, you can complete your booking. To do this, agree to the terms and conditions (check the box!) and then click on BUY.

  • After completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. After successfully booking your ticket, you can also view your confirmed bookings under MY ACCOUNT. Please keep the invoice in a safe place in case you have any queries.

  • Please select the payment method you want and enter the necessary data. Please ensure that your details are complete and correct so that we can guarantee that your tickets will be booked successfully. If your details are complete and correct, confirm your details by clicking on NEXT (only) once.

  • In the second step of registration, you can create a delivery address that is different from the billing address if you want to send the tickets to a different address. Please do not enter a Post office box or a post office packing station as the different delivery address.

  • Customers who are already registered can log in on the home page of the online ticket shop under LOGIN. New customers will be taken to the registration page after they have selected the tickets they want. Please enter your customer details here to register in the online ticket shop. When entering your details, please ensure that the fields are completely and correctly filled in, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the tickets will be booked successfully. Confirm your details by clicking NEXT.

  • Your telephone number will be used for notification purposes by our customer service in case there are unexpected problems with your booking (e.g. incorrect address details).

  • In the shopping cart you will see an overview of the seats you have selected so far and the respective additional costs (e.g. processing fees) of the online ticket shop. To put more tickets in your shopping cart, you must click on SELECT MORE TICKETS. If you would like to book the tickets you have in your shopping cart, please click on CONTINUE. You can also remove your tickets from the shopping cart by clicking on DELETE.

  • To select a discount, please click on the Price/Discount selection field and select your corresponding discount if you are eligible. Please note that discounts are only granted upon presentation of valid proof. Click CONTINUE to confirm your seat selection.

  • In the "Seat selection" you select your seat in the block view. To book tickets in a block other than the one you selected, click on the SELECT MORE SEATS button.

  • In the "Block selection" you can select your desired block by first selecting the grandstand and then the respective block. You can select your desired block either via the stadium graphic (left) or via the block list (right). If you would like to find out about the respective price categories and discounts in the respective block, please click on › Price list.

  • Booking tickets in our online ticket shop is secured by SSL encryption. You can usually identify this by the Internet address that begins with "https://". The "s" is the indicator for SSL encryption of the data, directly from the time you access the online ticket shop.

  • MY ACCOUNT is available to you after successful registration. In addition to managing your data for the billing address, you can change your personal access data for the online ticket shop in the service area. In addition, in the booking overview you will receive a list of the bookings you have made so far in the online ticket shop as well as the status of the bookings.

  • The entrance ticket entitles you to travel on VVS public transport (2nd class) from 3 hours before the start of the event until the end of operations. Please note that only the ticket is valid as a travel document and not the invoice.

  • The following shipping methods are generally offered in the online ticket shop:

    - Flat rate shipping: 4.00 euros or 4.50 euros for 5 or more tickets. Your order will be sent to you by post after successful payment. Booking for postal delivery is usually possible up to 6 days before the event.

    -Print@Home: 1.50 euros. You will receive the tickets by email after your order has been successfully placed.

    - Deposit: 2.00 euros. Your order will be deposited. You can collect your tickets on the day of the event at the venue at the latest 30 minutes before the first game starts at the "deposit" counter next to the box office upon presentation of your invoice number and photo ID. Booking with a deposit is usually possible after the end of the shipping period (approx. 5 days before the tournament day).

    - Pickup foreign order: 2.00 euros. We will deposit those tickets on the matchday at the stadium at the counter "Deposit" next to the ticket office. You will receive the tickets at the collection counter (main entrance) on presentation of the invoice number and your photo identification.

    Please note that changes to the shipping methods offered are possible at any time and may vary for individual events.

  • If your tickets booked online with the shipping method do not arrive at the latest three (3) days before the tournament day, please contact the following address immediately by email with your name and invoice number: kundenservice-stuttgart@eventim.de or by calling 01806 - 990017 (0.20 euros/call including VAT from German landlines, max. 0.60 euros/call including VAT from German mobile networks). This also applies to bookings made via "print@home" if you have not received an email or cannot open it.

    However, if "deposit" is noted on the invoice, you can collect your tickets booked online at the "deposit" counter next to the box office upon presentation of your invoice number and photo ID on the booked tournament day no later than 30 minutes before the first game begins.

  • Ticket orders are only sent by post within Germany. Please note that for ticket orders from abroad, the tickets are not delivered by post, but are deposited on the day of the match. You can collect the deposited tickets on the booked tournament day at the "Deposit" counter next to the box office no later than 30 minutes before the first match begins upon presentation of the invoice number and your photo ID. For further information, please contact our customer service at kundenservice-stuttgart@eventim.de.

    Ticket orders will be shipped only within Germany. Please note that any ticket orders from outside Germany will not be sent. We will deposit those tickets on the matchday at the stadium. You will receive the tickets at the counter "Deposit" next to the ticket office on presentation of the invoice number and your photo identification.   • Booking early will reward you with more attractive prices. The earlier you book, the cheaper the prices. Lower prices also apply for games where ticket demand is lower.

  • Day ticket prices vary from tournament day to tournament day and apply to the entire stadium.

  • Over time, prices are adjusted depending on demand and booking history. The current daily price in the respective blocks and the price level can always be seen in the online shop.
    Since prices are not adjusted at the weekend, there may be a somewhat larger price jump on a Monday on tournament days with high demand.

  • A price adjustment is made depending on the current booking situation for the respective tournament day. The aim is to achieve a more even occupancy rate in order to ensure a better atmosphere even on tournament days with lower demand.

Delivery

  • We usually offer to send your tickets by post, as a print@home or mobile ticket, or to leave them at the box office. Tickets can be sent by post up to 6 days before the game.

  • Delivery will take place no later than 7 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after conclusion of the contract.

 

Delivery restrictions

  • Delivery by post is only possible within Germany.

 

Payment methods

  • You can have the invoice amount debited from your current account by direct debit or you can conveniently pay with your credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard/EuroCard).

    When paying by SEPA direct debit, you only give us a one-time direct debit authorization for your current account.

    With giropay we offer you another convenient and secure way to pay for your desired tickets. You pay easily, quickly and securely via online transfer in the online banking of your bank or savings bank.
