Sustainability Day at the BOSS OPEN

On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, the BOSS OPEN will be all about sustainability and inclusion – the Sustainability Day awaits you!

Together with the Württemberg Tennis Federation (WTB) and TD Ditzingen, we are placing a special focus on inclusion. Visitors will have the opportunity to try out wheelchair and blind tennis themselves. On site, Wimbledon Head Coach Dan Bloxham and Michael Berrer will be offering training sessions and will be available for personal conversations. A special highlight of the day will be the ceremonial awarding of the N!Charta-certificates to clubs that demonstrate outstanding commitment to sustainability through exemplary projects.

Here is the program for the day:

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Open training session for athletes: wheelchair tennis, blind and visually impaired tennis, as well as tennis for people with intellectual disabilities

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Show training with Michael Berrer

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Networking event as part of the Inclusion Convoy for club representatives, coaches, and anyone interested

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Show matches in wheelchair and blind tennis with Michael Berrer and Dan Bloxham

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Open training session for athletes: Wheelchair tennis, tennis for the blind and visually impaired and tennis for people with intellectual disabilities
